2018  PhD in Materials Science and Engineering from School of Material Science & Engineering, Tsinghua University, Beijing, China.

2012  Masters in Nanotechnology from Department of Physics, COMSATS Institute of Information Technology, Islamabad, Pakistan.

2008  Bachelor of Physics from Department of Physics, Bahauddin Zakariya University, Multan,   Pakistan.


 

Research interests

My research interests involved the

Transport Properties of Nano Crystalline Ceria Prepared by Range of Wet-Chemical Methods like, Hydrothermal method, Co-precipitation method and Sol-gel method.

Structural and magnetotransport properties of amorphous carbon thin films synthesized by Chemical Vapor Deposition and Pulsed Laser Deposition.

Multilayer growth of magnetic semiconductors for Perpendicular Magneto Anisotropic properties.

Currently I am working to explore the electron-transfer mechanism in optic-electron self-assembly materials using STM/STS.
