On October 29, the Review Meeting of 2017-2018 Young Teachers Educational Teaching Ability Improvement Program was held at the conference room on the second floor of the library, with the presence of Dr. Yang Wei, the host and four tutors, including Prof. Mengli, Prof. Lihua Cao, Prof. Zhenqiang Yu and Dr. Scott Edwards. 11 young teachers from IAS participated in the meeting.

At the beginning of the meeting, Dr. Wei Yang introduced and affirmed IAS 2017-2018 Young Teachers Educational Teaching Ability Improvement Program and also expressed gratitude to the four tutors for their guidance to the 11 young teachers. Later, the four tutors explained the training to the 11 young teachers and after that, the young teachers reported their experience. They were all calm and articulate in the defense. Finally, the tutor group evaluated the 11 young teachers from various aspects, including the completion of the training plan, teaching work, teaching notes, teaching effect and teaching research.

The 2017-2018 Young Teachers Educational Teaching Ability Improvement Program would benefit young teachers a lot. It's hoped that young teachers from IAS would make great efforts to improve their teaching ability and make new contributions to the teaching work.
