On December 8, 2018, organized by Shenzhen University, Executive Panel Seminar on “Study on Component Structure Change and Quality Control Mechanism in Food Processing” of National Key Research and Development Project was completed successfully at Shenzhen University. More than 40 representatives from the project group, including the executive experts, key members, along with Professor Qingquan Li, the President of Shenzhen University and Professor Steven F. Chen, the Dean of the Institute for Advanced Study of SZU, attended the meeting.
