研究兴趣
聚焦厌氧微生物的生理机制与生态功能,重点关注在自然环境和宿主相关生态系统中广泛存在、但长期难以分离培养与开展机制研究的严格厌氧微生物。围绕培养、互作与能量代谢三个层面,解析无氧环境中微生物过程与能量流动的基本规律,揭示厌氧微生物的生存策略、代谢协同机制及生态意义。主要研究方向包括:
1. 未培养/难培养严格厌氧微生物的分离与培养;
2. 厌氧细菌与古菌的跨域互作,包括互营、寄生等相互作用;
3. 厌氧微生物的胞外电子传递过程。
