工作经历:

长期从事于电子材料,能源材料及反渗透膜材料的教学、科研和产业化工作。先后在美国康奈尔大学和加州大学伯克利分校任教授助理,在美国知名跨国企业陶氏化学和通用电气担任高级研究员,首席工程师及首席科学家等职务。2014年任中国石油大学(华东)化学工程学院教授、博导,现任深圳大学高等研究院特聘教授。


研究兴趣:

主要集中在膜材料与膜过程,膜分离技术,功能高分子材料等领域。团队近期在膜材料与化学领域的研究有以下三个方向:1)通过调控膜表面的形貌和官能团来设计新的界面,实现膜分离性能的优化; 2)通过调控膜材料的微观纳米结构来优化膜表面的孔径和孔径分布,实现膜筛分性能的提升;3)通过模拟膜制备过程中的多界面和纳孔构造属性来探索膜材料结构,膜制备工艺与膜分离性能之间的关系。
