The Institute for Advanced Study held an interesting activity called The Coffee Is Belong To You, in which teachers could make a cup of coffee by themselves and taste it. Many teachers of the institute participated in this activity.

The host gave a brief introduction about this activity and then Barista Desheng Xin began to introduce the history, main types and some related knowledge of coffee. The teachers listened very carefully and knew more about coffee.

In the next step, Barista Xin demonstrated how to make a cup of high-quality hand-made coffee. At the same time, the staff distributed coffee beans and coffee powder to teachers to feel the unique aroma of the coffee.

Then, teachers were divided into several groups and everyone made a cup of coffee by themselves. During this period, teachers experienced the charm of coffee making and taste the unique flavor of the coffee.

At last, the staff ranked the coffee made by the teachers by their performances and the quality of the coffee and the deputy dean of the institute, Professor. Meng Li gave awards to several high-scoring teachers.
