Talk Abstract:
Two-dimensional materials with only atomic layer thickness are expected to play a significant role in future high-performance devices with their special structure and physicochemical properties. However, there are still many difficulties in the application of two-dimensional materials in large-scale devices, such as the problems of the environmental stability of two-dimensional materials and the corresponding device packaging. This report will discuss the environmental stability of two-dimensional materials and the degradation mechanism in the atmosphere based on the first-principles calculation work of the research group.
