Undergraduate Thesis Guidance Meeting was held on October 29 at Room B211 of Teaching Building. Those including research scientist Yue Chan, teaching secretary Yang Chen, Chao Zhao and Yan lv and the students of 2015 all attended the meeting.

According to the the schedule of the 2019 undergraduate graduation thesis of IAS, teacher Chen explained the graduation thesis work in detail, such as the preparation of graduation thesis (design), training workshop, writing/defense language and the grading standard and emphasised several key time points and also said that the graduation thesis needed to be taken seriously by the students. Later, teacher Chen logged in the page of "Shenzhen University Graduation Design" to show how to operate. At the end of the meeting, teacher Chen and teacher Lv answered the questions from the students about the the graduation thesis.

The purpose of this meeting is to standardize the writing of graduation thesis for the graduates, to clarify the overall requirements and arrangements for graduation thesis, and to provide a solid foundation for IAS to complete high-quality graduation thesis in 2019.
