报告摘要:
Delafossite-type CuCrO2has attracted much attention as a p-type transparent conductive oxide (TCO), which is of great interest for applications such as transparent diodes and solar cells. Recently, we prepared CuCrO2thin films (2-D) for application as a p-type transparent semiconductor and a transparent antibacterial coating. Furthermore, we prepared CuCrO2cotton-like nano powder (3-D) by glycine nitride process and found several novel applications, such as a photocatalyst to obtain Au/CuCrO2composite (0-D) and a catalyst for steam reforming of methanol. To improve the catalytic performance, we synthesized CuCrO2-CuFeO2, CuCrO2-CeO2, and CuCrO2-TiO2nanocomposites. Additionally, we also prepared CuCrO2fiber (1D) and tubular CuCrO2by electrospinning method. We used the electrospinning method to deposit CuCrO2thin films on the substrate and prepared anisotropic CuCrO2thin films.

邱德威,台北科技大学材料及资源工程系教授,系主任,材料科学与工程研究所所长。日本东京工业大学无机材料工学博士,筑波大学学际物质科学研究中心非常勤讲师,日本产业总合技术研究所奈米电子部门研究员,目前任教于台北科技大学,主要从事薄膜制程、奈米陶瓷、触媒的合成及其在能源、光电等领域的应用。已发表SCI收录127篇,包括材料、化学、能源等领域,Nano Lett., Sci. Rep., Appl. Surf. Sci., Inorganics Chemistry, Ceram. Intern., Int. J. Hydrogen Energ.等。
