报告摘要:
For a linear ODE in the complex domain its singular point is called an apparent singularity i f all solutions are meromorphic near this point; eq uivalently, this is a regular singular point with trivia I local monodromy. What can one say about an eq uation if all of its finite singular points are apparen t singularities? I will first describe the answer in th e case of ODEs whose coefficients are rational fun ctions, bounded at infinity. I will then discuss an a nalogous problem for linear difference equations.
